Advising Ability
At SUNY Sullivan, we believe in intrusive advising, which means that we become very involved in our student's success. I attempt to do this by e-mailing every student at the beginning of the semester to tell them that I am available during office hours or appointments, to discuss anything and everything, in addition, I'll buy them their choice of beverage at our school cafe. I also e-mail them their grades on their 3rd, 5th, and Midterm grade reports. In addition, I am make sure to meet with every single one of them on or before Registration Day, to check-in and to make sure their track sheets for their degree will be completed in a timely manner.

At SUNY Sullivan, we believe in providing as many opportunities for student engagement and success. Our Annual Report of Teaching Faculty details the following:
The Student Evaluations of Educational Quality (SEEQ) are located in the Teaching Effectiveness tab. Included in all of those SEEQs are student comments (qualitative) and their ratings (quantitative) of my personality and character.
